Payment Terms & Conditions
Accepted Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, checks/money orders (payable to English Classics), and PayPal
(pdisalvo@english-classics.net). All payments must clear prior to shipment.
Payment Due: Payment is required within ten days of purchase or
auction close.
Solid Wood Pieces: We do not warranty solid wood pieces. While we
do our best to ensure the wood has been properly treated before manufacturing, any solid
wood piece, (antique or new), will always carry the risk of cracking or warping due do
changes in climate, hydration or dehydration. About 10 to 15% of all solid wood pieces
experience some type of cracking or warping. These are usually minor stress cracks which
are structurally insignificant and cosmetically appealing.
Your Satisfaction: We guarantee your satisfaction! We want to fill
your home or office with English Classics Furnishings, so we will take the extra step to
ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We guarantee that our
representation is fair, honest, and accurate. If, for any reason, you feel that
we misrepresented an item, or that something was not mentioned or was misleading, let us
know within 10 days and we will gladly refund your money without further question. If
there is nothing wrong with the item, but you have changed your mind about it, you can
return it within 10 days as long as you pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Feedback: Where applicable, we always leave positive feedback after
the transaction is successfully completed.
Sales Tax: Residents of Georgia and anyone picking an item up at our
Atlanta store must add 8% sales tax to the total of their item and shipping.
