This beautiful solid oak antique corner cabinet was hand-crafted in Georgian-period England around 1820 and recently imported to our antique furniture store here in Atlanta, GA, USA. The solid quartersawn oak displays a remarkable complexion and grain that have certainly benefited from two centuries of aging, during which time the wood developed a rich patina. As functional as it is beautiful, this solid oak antique corner cabinet also contains three removable shelves, although the locks no longer function. There is no surface wear to speak of beyond a tiny split that appears to have been repaired quite a long time ago, and the structure of this corner cabinet remains as strong as ever. The top and bottom separate for shipping and easy movement, so there is no need to worry about how to get this corner cabinet in or out of your rooms. This is certainly a lovely oak antique corner cabinet that is exceptional not only in its beauty but also in its excellent condition, since an overwhelming majority of Georgian period furniture pieces have sustained notable wear.
