Victorian Oak Card Table

This gorgeous oak flip-top card table was handmade in Victorian England around 1890. Over the past century, the oak has developed a rich patina and now displays a deep, lustrous complexion and a striking grain. Intricate carvings adorn nearly every surface of the table, with an elegantly shaped apron and a turned frame design. The top rotates and flips open to reveal the green felt-lined surface within. When not in use, the table makes a great hall, side, or end table and has a single drawer for convenient storage. It has, of course, sustained a typical assortment of wear marks, stains and dents, but remains quite beautiful and sturdy, so overall condition is very good.
