This gorgeous set of eight dining chairs was crafted in England around the year 1940. Today, the mahogany remains as beautiful as ever, with a rich complexion and a pronounced grain that contrast wonderfully with the brown leather. The Queen Anne design itself is quite striking, most notably in the arched backs and curved legs ending in pad feet. The seats are removable for easy cleaning, while there is very little surface wear, most of it in the form of minor scuffs. Otherwise, these chairs remain sturdy and remarkably attractive, so overall condition is very good. The armchairs measure 23.5" wide x 21" deep x 42" high, and the sidechairs measure 21" wide x 20" deep x 41.5" high.
