This gorgeous pair of green buttoned leather chairs was crafted in England around 1960. Today, the leather remains as beautiful as ever, with a deep, lustrous complexion and has been perfectly worn in. Brass brads contrast beautifully with the green leather, and the chairs sit on mostly hidden casters that allow the chair to roll, but are sturdy enough not to move when you sit down. The distinctive "tub" backs of the Canterberry style offer supreme comfort, as do the firm, recently re-stuffed cushions. These chairs have sustained virtually no wear, although the leather has developed a small amount of crackling and wrinkling, which is normal. Overall condition therefore remains very good.
