This lovely pair of antique oak armchairs was hand-crafted in Victorian England around 1880. Today, the oak remains as beautiful as ever, with a deep, lustrous complexion and a pronounced grain that form a lovely complement to the red and cream floral upholstery. Add to this the small carved lion finials, carved joints, and brass brads, and the result is a remarkably attractive pair of armchairs that would look fantastic in any setting. They have sustained some very minor wear to the oak, including a small separation in one of the arms, but otherwise these chairs remain very beautiful and sturdy, so overall condition is very good.
