This armoire or linen press was recently hand crafted in England using reclaimed oak wood. The aged oak wood has a wonderful patina that will continue to grow more beautiful as it ages. This armoire features two paneled doors on the top and bottom sections and both lock with included keys. The top cabinet has two adjustable shelves and the bottom cabinet is completely open. This cabinet is very rustic and distressed. There are some large knots in the wood and slight variances in the color of the finish (as seen in pictures). The finish is a hand rubbed wax finish that is, again, a rustic finish. This cabinet comes apart into two sections for easier moving and is quite heavy (being solid oak). This is a very sturdy linen press that could be used for a TV or a variety of other practical uses.
