Oak Gate Leg Side Table

Table Description

This gate leg occasional table was crafted in England around 1920 and recently imported to our furniture store here in Atlanta, GA. The solid oak has developed a lovely patina over the years, and today it looks as beautiful as ever, with a rich complexion and a striking grain. The barley twist legs also look quite beautiful, while they remain quite sturdy. The leaves operate smoothly and are firm when deployed. This table has sustained a fair amount of superficial wear, particularly in the finish (see pictures), but in many ways these minor flaws enrich the table's antique charm. Overall, therefore, condition remains very good.
