This lovely flame mahogany bookcase was crafted in England around 1960 as a Georgian period reproduction. Today, the mahogany remains as beautiful as ever, with rich complexion and a striking grain that are sure to make an impression in any setting. The brass swan neck pulls and astragal glass moulding contrast beautifully with the wood, while elegant dental moulding adorns the very top. Shaped bracket feet provide sturdy support, while each of the two sets of doors locks with an accompanying key. Additionally, all upper shelves adjust a pin-and-hole system. The two sections separate for easy movement and shipping. Cosmetically, the bookcase remains in great condition, with only a few minor scratches on the counter and astragal glass trim (see pictures). Otherwise only a few very minor wear marks can be found here and there, so overall condition is very good.
