English Yew Corner Cabinet

This elegant yew corner cabinet was crafted in England around 1960 and remains as beautiful today as it ever was. The yew, for instance, displays a deep, lustrous complexion with a distinct grain that complement the astragal glass beautifully. The oval veneer on the bottom cabinet door is especially striking, framed as it is by yew crossbanding. The dental moulding along the top of the cabinet adds a traditional, elegant touch that makes this cabinet an impressive piece is any setting. Structurally, the cabinet is quite sturdy, although it has sustained some nicks and wear marks here and there, most notably along the very top. Overall condition therefore remains very good.
