This solid cherry drop leaf dining table has particularly wonderful rustic charm to it. It was made in England around 1960 out of solid cherry and is a stunning piece of furniture. When both leaves are up the top is a 51" round circle and with the leaves down it measures 23.5" x 51". The cherry wood has a beautiful grain and very subtle color. It would make an excellent sofa table or side table that would allow you to pull it out when additional seating was needed or use it with one leaf up for extra serving space. With a beautiful rustic look it would also do well as a kitchen or breakfast room table. There are a few scratches to the top that we have pictured, but otherwise this table is in excellent condition and is very very sturdy. The shaped legs and adjoining stretcher are very strong. Overall this is a beautiful, functional, and versatile drop leaf table that would make a beautiful addition to any home.
