Barley Twist Chair Set

These gorgeous antique chairs were handmade in England around 1920. Over the years, the quartersawn oak has developed a lovely patina, which enhances the distinct grain and rich complexion of the oak. The upholstered seats make a great contrast with the oak and are removable for easy cleaning. The barley twist legs, also quite striking, remain as sturdy as ever along with the rest of the frame. These chairs have very minor wear consistent with age and overall these antique chairs remain in very good condition and would make a fine addition to any dining furniture collection!
