Here we have a hard to find English seated hall tree. This beautiful piece was made in England around 1950 and is made from oak. There is a beveled oval mirror in the center. On either side of the seat are umbrella or stick holders with tin trays at the bottom. The hall tree has four standard hooks that are in good condition and sturdy. Giving the hall tree a very Jacobean look are some small geometric wood decorations throughout. The seat lifts up to reveal a small storage space below. This hall tree is in very good condition with only very minor wear which you would expect from a piece of this age. It will make a functional and beautiful addition to any discerning home!
