Antique Maitland Smith Mahogany Dining Chairs

The carvings, too, look incredibly beautiful, including the detailed feet that are a combination of panther feet and ball-and-claw feet. Because these chairs are solid mahogany (a rarity in itself), they are extremely sturdy, and as a result they retain the same strength and durability as the day they were made. Even wear is at a minimum, with only a few spots here and there on the cushions and a handful of minor scuffs on the wood (see pictures).
