This gorgeous mahogany sofa table was crafted in England around 1960. The rich mahogany contrasts beautifully with the gold-tooled leather, while round brass Edwardian-style pulls adorn the drawer fronts. Fluting runs along the table edges and legs, which end in elegant brass feet and casters. Each drawer features dovetailed joints and operates smoothly. The two leaves, when opened, extend the table by approximately 20" and rest on sturdy swing-out brackets. This table has sustained some minor surface wear, both to the leather and the wood, but remains very sturdy. Overall condition is therefore very good.
