Here we have a warmly hued mahogany side table with a serpentine shaped front. Being only 20" deep this table is perfect for a variety of applications including as a hall table, entry way table, or extra serving piece in a dining room. This mahogany side table was made in England around 1960 and is in very good condition today. It has two blemishes to the top which are shown in the pictures but is otherwise quite clean and sturdy. The brass plate pulls on each drawer contrast the wood nicely and provide an eye catching break to the wood grain. The table top is crossbanded and inlaid with a satinwood string inlay which can also be found on the two drawers. Each drawer features hand cut dovetails, a sign of very high quality craftsmanship. This table would make a wonderful addition to any home or office with its ability to fill a variety of functions.
