Crafted in England around 1950, this charming drinks cabinet exhibits the finest in English furniture. The flame mahogany, for instance, displays a rich complexion and a striking grain, both of which have grown more beautiful over the years with the development of a lovely patina. The solid brass hardware also contrasts beautifully with the mahogany, while the carved apron and cabriole legs make for quite an elegant display. Inside the locking cabinet are, in the lower section, a simple shelved storage area, and in the upper section, a mirrored storage area with racks, a maple slide and a light. Since it is wired for European circuits, it will need rewiring. There are a few minor wear marks, the most significant of which you can see in the accompanying pictures. Overall, therefore, the overall condition of this antique cabinet remains very good.
