Antique French Solid Pine Armoire

This beautiful antique pine armoire was handmade in France around 1890. Today, the pine remains as beautiful as ever, with a rich complexion and a distinct grain. The rustic design of the armoire is also quite charming, and the carved crest makes for a lovely final touch. Inside the armoire is a single brass bar for hanging clothes, and at the bottom is a single drawer. This armoire has sustained a significant amount of general surface wear consistent with age, including separations in the wood on the doors, on both sides and in the moulding around the top. Additionally, one of the corner pieces appear to have been replaced at some point, and both keyholes once had brass escutcheons but they have been lost. Otherwise, this armoire remains very sturdy and in good overall condition.
