This gorgeous oak wardrobe was English-made around 1940 as a Jacobean reproduction. The rich oak looks fantastic, with a beautiful complexion and a pronounced grain. The brass hardware also contrasts subtly with the wood, while the carved decorations on the doors are subtle. One of the more unique features of this wardrobe is the barley twist feet that support the armoire perfectly. The door does lock with included key and the brass handle has to be turned in order to open the door. The interior is fitted with a brass hanging bar and hooks plus one shelf at the top. There is remarkably little wear, with only the most minor superficial scuffs on the piece. Otherwise, this wardrobe remains in excellent overall condition.
