Antique Edwardian Oak Stool

Item Description

This lovely oak stool was crafted in Edwardian England around 1900 and recently imported to our Atlanta furniture store. The oak, after having developed a lovely patina over the past century, now displays a rich complexion and a striking grain, both of which look fantastic in combination with the needlepoint upholstery. The turned legs remain as sturdy as ever, while elegant brass brad keep the upholstery held tight. There is no staining or wear in the upholstery beyond some fraying at the edges, and the oak does show some wear marks here and there. Overall, therefore, the condition of this stool remains very good.
