This gorgeous flame mahogany mirror was English-made during the Edwardian period, around 1910, and recently imported to our Atlanta antique store. The flame mahogany displays a lustrous complexion and a striking grain, in part due to the rich patina that has set into the wood over the years. The carved crest also looks quite striking, while the beveled edge of the mirror adds an elegant touch. The mirror hangs on a rope, which is attached to original brass hardware on the back. There is a bit of wear on this piece, such as some wood separation and crackling as well as some mirror spotting. Structurally, however, this mirror remains as strong as ever, and quite beautiful at that. Overall, therefore, this antique mirror remains in very good condition.
